Uswitch 25 Years

In 2025 it was coming up to Uswitch's 25 Year Anniversary, helping customers finding great deals for broadband, mobile and energy. It was a great opportunity to celebrate this achievement  by letting them know how long they've been around.
The Challenge
• Visualising the campaign across multiple channels — website, email, social, and beyond.
• Creating something distinctive that could stand apart from high-impact moments like Black Friday.
• Delivering at pace, within a tight timeframe and with multiple stakeholders involved.
What I Did
Once the brief landed, I researched how other brands had approached milestone anniversaries to gather inspiration. From there, I led early ideation and concept development, gradually refining the ideas and narrowing in on what felt strongest. Through collaboration and iteration, we fine-tuned the final direction to ensure it worked consistently across every channel.
The Result
• A flexible library of atoms and molecules that could be combined effortlessly.
• Email designs that rendered reliably across devices — from iPhone to legacy Outlook.
• A streamlined system that removed unnecessary complexity and gave the CRM team a faster, more focused workflow.
The Impact
We delivered a bold, visual way to showcase our achievements — one that felt celebratory, cohesive, and distinct from other major campaigns.
Key Learning
Email is a high-constraint environment. I learned that simplicity isn’t just a design preference — it’s essential if a system is going to be adopted, scaled, and used effectively by the team.
